MSDSs for chemicals used in a lab must be available to lab workers at all times. Therefore, it is insufficient to rely on these online databases as a sole means of access to these important files. Your lab should keep hardcopies (or an offline, electronic database) for backup reference. Hardcopies are available and distributed by chemical suppliers.
