BG-11 (Modified) Recipe

Adapted from (Allen 1968, Allen & Stanier 1968, Rippka et al. 1979)

To 919 mL dH2O, add stocks 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Place stocks 2 and 4 in separate flasks and autoclave all 3 flasks at 121°C for 40 minutes. After solutions have cooled, aseptically add stocks 2 and 4. Store refrigerated.
